I was referred to ProAudio by McIntosh for warranty servicing of my MC462 amplifier. McIntosh strongly recommended that they perform the service. This required replacement of two output boards in the left channel along with bias and meter adjustments. The technician performing the work was superb. I spoke with him in depth about the problem, and my concerns were addressed. Upon arrival to pick up the amp. I met with him again and he was kind enough to discuss the details I needed to know in order to regain confidence that this very expensive amplifier was performing to spec, and that reliability of it going forward should meet the reputation that McIntosh has about decades of reliability. I was also provided graphic results of tests measuring performance and proof the both channels performed in unison. He then proceeded to show me around, and I saw a staff dedicated to their work. All with the utmost of professionalism. I am grateful to have this level of service available to me. I want to thank everyone I met there from the owner onward. Huge shout out to Mike, and his staff. They did an amazing job repairing my faders on my broken dj board. This is the 2nd time I’ve used them and they are always very professional, friendly and helpful. Would highly recommend if anyone needs anyone audio equipment repaired especially dj boards

Wanted to thank these guys for being incredibly helpful to a cold call stranger in a dire situation. I live in TX but Mike took the time to talk me through a workaround on my Moog before a gig until I’m able to get it repaired. They obviously prioritize customer service and retention- I will definitely find a way to use their services to get this thing back to 100%!

I am seriously thankful to have found ProAudio Electronics! Found them through the Korg website for suggested technicians available to service the model keyboard I was working on. I called with an odd assortment of inquiries and loaded questions. When Mike answered the phone I could immediately tell how skilled and experienced he was. He did not rush me off the phone or give me basic information. Instead he invited me in to diagnose the issue in person. Instead of coveting his trade secrets he assisted me with guidance to removing the key hammer weight and taught me how to do so on my own. I vetted many other shops before finding my way into ProAudio and am glad I did. If you are looking to truly trust a respected shop with skilled technicians look no more! These guys are honest and good people who are seriously passionate about what they do.

Took an old bass amplifier In and got a phone call that it would be about $80 more than the $60 deposit. Somehow the price doubled between the phone call and my showing up to get it. Doing this in the parking I will update if the works sucks as bad as the communications from them. Update, they called and said an accounting error caused the incorrect bill and refunded the overcharge. They fix problems like this as well.
